Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

Notification Requirement: Clients are requested to notify the studio at least 48 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to other clients on our waiting list.

Late Cancellations: If a cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, we ask clients to consider the impact on our business and other clients. Last-minute cancellations result in a lost revenue opportunity for our business. While we do not charge a deposit, repeated late cancellations may require us to prioritize other clients for future bookings.

No-Show Policy: In the case of a no-show without any prior notification, we understand emergencies can happen but urge clients to inform us as soon as possible. Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notifying us will be removed from the client list, and no future appointments will be available for them.
Late Arrivals:

Grace Period: We understand that delays can happen and offer a grace period of 15 minutes. However, arriving later may shorten your service time, as appointments will still end as scheduled out of respect for subsequent clients.

Impact of Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment rescheduled or service adjusted, depending on availability. This is to ensure that we do not compromise the quality of our service or delay the next scheduled clients.

Reminder Service: We provide appointment reminders via text or email 24 hours in advance. Please confirm or reschedule promptly to help us manage our schedule efficiently.
